Please not that we don’t generally have any refund requests but if in case such a need arises it’s our duty and responsibility to make you aware that we process refunds only in the scenario where money has been paid for what services were not rendered. You shall be refunded fully if we don’t deliver what you paid for.
We presume that the fact that you have made an order and paid money to us in advance is because you really wanted to avail our services. But in case, for some reason you decide to change your mind please shoot us an email on email@example.com. The refund shall be processed within 7 days.
We are not responsible in the case if you provided us wrong details. In this case, we will not refund but will be happy to take the relevant details from you and deliver the service as described on our website.
Please appreciate that all the reports are prepared manually. Therefore, if for some reason the report doesn’t reach your email in 48 hours please do email us on firstname.lastname@example.org
If by any chance, you pay twice for any product we will initiate a full refund within 7 days from the date of receipt of request.
If for some reason, you are unable to make on time for a skype call session at the time you chose while making the booking an alternative time can be scheduled but there will be no refund in this case. Alternatively, if you don’t have access to skype and if you happen to be within Indian Territory, as recognized by the Government of India, a phone call can be arranged instead of a skype call.
